@Paul T- Huntington Beach : I’ve never had a wine like that Third Twin. It was utterly captivating...green peppercorn crusted Black Forest cake. So unique.
@Paul T- Huntington Beach : Some are resting in the wine fridge and some are in the offsite storage locker. I want to pop one soon, but I know it will be too early!
@David T : Fair question and in the spirit of transparency, when comparing to champagne, no. However, with the rise of Cali sparklers picking up steam, there is a definite high quality to this when comparing to other Cali sparklers. I think you’d enjoy, but it definitely needs time. When analyzing for what it is, I thought it was fairly nice.
@Bryan Kesting : All the SQN whites I’ve had seem like they need at least 5yrs from vintage before opening. I thought the 2015 White was pretty good young, but both the 2016 and 2017 seem really coiled. Just my personal opinion.
