Roses. I missed this bouquet note in my first bottle, but this feels like a rose petal avalanche. Leafy greens of peppery kale and candied apricots and sweet sweet plums.
Oh man, feels like the sun gods pouring a life giving nectar from the skies. Nectarines and citrus notes blend seamlessly with a wave of sage, coated between murmurations of, again, rose.
Wonderfully bubbly. Wonderfully delicious. A favorite this summer.

Ruby with red fruit aromas and spicy herb floral notes, aged for 10 months in 40% new French oak. On the palate fresh black raspberry and cherry flavors with herb tea and earthy tones. Firm fine tannins, balanced acidity, nice mouthfeel, long finish ending with earthy mineral herb character. Nice! — 4 years ago
Elisabetta Foradori is on a very short list of natural winemakers who have a history of what I’d call dedicated unrecklessness. It isn’t enough to make wine without anything added or taken away. The best natural winemakers make calculated decisions. And she does with her beloved Teraldego- what a grape!

Not overrated. This held up perfectly to a diverse group of picnics. The perfect first taste for our vertical tasting! Heavy on the citrus (the way I like it) with some minerality and life! I’ve had the 2017 before and think it could handle even a bit more age - a rare note on a rosé! — 4 years ago
Red fruit (ripe raspberry and cherry) covered with earthy dark soil, calcaire notes. Powerful yet very well balanced with gentle silky soft tannin. A good 30 second finish. Typical expression of Pessac. RC I am jealous you live there! Beautiful like the region. Cheers — 5 years ago

Just gorgeous. On the nose: lemon, lemon peel, almond, a touch of lanolin, herbs, and you can almost smell the electricity crackle . On the palate, sizzling acidity, lemon, lemon oil, a touch of vanilla, almond, amazing density. So good. — 4 years ago
