Delicious as always. Crystallized lime zest, salt, minerals, precision. — 7 years ago
By far the most complex Malbec I have encountered. Needs 1-2 hours of decanting, and realistically is almost too young to open right now. Great black fruit, earthy forest floor, balanced acidity, silky smooth tannin. You can’t ask for much more than this. Certainly not your average Malbec. — 7 years ago
After weeks of landscaping, Spring cleaning and house guests for the last three weekends, Sofia and I finally have a weekend to kick it in the backyard. Watch the games, BBQ & sip some wine. Further, Sofia is back on the BSR train. Ahhhh...couldn’t be happier if I were twins. My go to N/V Rosé Champagne. Love it.
The pink rose petals are incredible. The acidity spot on. Lean fruits of; strawberries, cherries, tangerine, watermelon near the rhine, some yeast, baguette crust, sea spray, soft chalkiness with an edge, touch of gritty minerals, sea spray and a beautiful rich finish. From 375ml. — 6 years ago
Sour, tart nose. More akin to a sour beer than what one would think of as a cider. Yeasty, tangy, tart apple 🍎, crabapple flavors. Delicious — 7 years ago

Super young but incredibly good. Consistent with the deep time flavor notes but a little more subtle. Really opened in the glass and evolved over the tasting. — 5 years ago
