The tasting will start with champagne – as they all should, then we will move south to Burgundy, where we will decipher the fine distinctions between the Premiers and Grand Crus. We will finish with a nod to the west coast’s thriving Willamette Valley region to compare and contrast with the Burgundy terroir.
