#Texas wine, could have been from the southern Rhone. — 8 years ago
100% Texas fruit. One of the best wines the team at William & Chris produce. Leather, peat moss and chocolate covered cherries on the nose. Cherry coke, wet stone and spice fill the palate. Long silky finish with touches of baking spice. #texashillcountry #texaswines #texas — 8 years ago
Smoky, toasted sesame and oak, plummy darkness with blackberry and raspberry reductions, rye bread and a chalkiness alongside a dry tobacco leaf. This is interesting stuff. Dusty cherry, graphite and cedar, lingonberry, cranberry, dark toast, cracked, black pepper, and nutmeg. Texas Tempranillo. #nowwetempranillo #texashillcountry #texastempranillo #texaswines #texaswine #texas — 7 years ago
Jam-a-licious nose. Elegant and suave nose...chocolate-flowers. Crushed blackberries, full bodied with alluring tannins. Mid palate shows granite, tobacco and ground coffee. Finished like a dream, smoldering asphalt and smoke. Paired well with an 120 day aged NY Strip. — 7 years ago

Sweet initial nosing. Caramel creme, warm brownie ala mode, tapioca pudding with cinnamon, vanilla cigar, and dried orange peel; perhaps a lily boutonnier and beeswax. Mild, light and smooth on entry, but hits a briar wall with sage and nettle. Mellows after with flashes of lemon zest and clementine, then dark cinnamon sugar oozing off a cedar plank. Drying effect brings pine and lemon with an antiseptic vibe curtailed by molasses. Somewhat short on staying power, but better than expected. #1835Bourbon #bourbon #texaswhiskey #whiskey #whisky #texas — 5 years ago
