Semi- Sweet Fruity Wine made from Elderberries. I chilled this wine to 48*. Upon opening the bottle, the first scent that came to my nose was tart/vinegar. I aerated the wine for 10 minutes. The wine has a rich blackberry color. The first taste is tart with a vinegar finish. The wine legs stained the glass and never dripped down; you could definitely see where I tipped the wine.
