Wanted to love this; really appreciate the envinate work, and canary wines in general. But the reductiveness of this wine was almost absurd - the winemaking maybe a little too good? Still closed on day 3. A little bit of high toned fruit punch and volcanic dust coming through...but I don’t know what to do with wines that take a week to show. Maybe this should’ve been cellared for a few years.
