2011 - "Cremant" is French sparkling from outside the Champagne region.
This particular Cremant has three qualities going for it:
1. It's a Cremant de Loire
2. It's grounded in serious, old-world tradition
3. It's a dry Rosé
Dry and semi-tart, look for light raspberry and strawberry notes in its acidic yet mellow finish. Fine, never-ending bubbles explode on your tongue. Good with a fish or fowl meal, or on its own.

Salmon colored. Strawberry, raspberry, and leafy, vegetal aromas. Tart red berries and orange rind on the palate with fine mousse and dry, somewhat tannic finish. Refreshing summer sparkler made from Cabernet Franc.
