Subtle dark cherry and red plum, maybe a hint of clove or gentle tobacco notes on the nose. Smooth and silky across the tongue. Dark berry on the back. Temperance Hill is the only Pinot Noir to get from Adelsheim; consistent and never disappoints, pretty close to a sure thing, IMO.
