Nose: red fruit, berries/plum, light toasty/smoke. Taste: more red fruits, light tannins, light acid, good development, light bodied, light pepper finish. Easy to drink.

Floral nose, mineralogy on first taste, acidity mild, almost like an off white Chardonnay, Taste herbs of thyme and light ginger. spice. Long finish. This is fairly new in the bottle. Great with a plate of Willapa Oysters.

Pretty honeysuckle, pear, and lemon peel scents frame flavors of honeydew, green guava hard candy, and brisk minerality. Straightforward but very tasty.

Paired with fish and chips. Nice mineralogy has a tomato like earthly texture. Nice acidity not strong finish but not super expressive, mostly Bright apple.
