Honey, jam, sweet aromas. Flavors of honey, spice with hints of mushrooms and pepper. Delicious!

Aromatic & complex, surprisingly acidic on the finish. Good food wine. This wine would pair well with a sweeter, heavier dish. The acid would cut through any fattiness, and the aromatics would compliment any sweetness.
