Mild tannin and acid. But actually a ton of fruits. More structure than a Pinot and goes with a lot of different food. Very light and drinkable.

Dried herbs, bay leaf, mushroom, savory, tomato leaf, and funky in a good way. M+ acid, m tannin. M+ intensity. Cherry, plum and saline on the palate. Long finish.

Oct 29th, 2016Big tannin and acidity. Tart fruit. Needs to open a bit. Cigar and leather notes. Once opened after about 20 mins, peppery notes and bold mocha like notes come through. Very long finish.

Oct 21st, 2016I found this a tad muted, close with the flavor and structure but lacking. Others commented that it is very food versatile, I can see that. Easy drinking.
