Feb 5th, 2021Pale straw. Very light ,but citrus, sage coming through on the nose. Stone fruit , apricot, on the palate. A bit of licorice, and lingers on light acidity . Curls the lip a bit with a some notes of tangerine. Still easily drinkable.
