Solid quality Amarone at a great value. Not the most complex and finishes a bit short but enjoyable nonetheless.

Clear, bright, deep garnet. Low viscosity, no sedimentation or gas. No variation. Delicate youthful blueberry, blackberry, French oak scent. Dry, low tannin, medium acidity, medium-high alcohol content, full body. Low complexity, blackberry, black currant, balanced, short finish.

Viscous and soulful. If you are looking for a value amarone to give you a nice glimpse into this varietal, this is the bottle. Thick and juicy, syrupy and dark fruitish, this is a winter wine that will knock your sox off. The blood of a guido.
