Surprisingly sweet and one-dimensional for a cab franc. I was told to wait on this one....I'm not sure. Maybe the minerality and terroir will increase with age, but overall now it just doesn't seem to have the structure of other Loire cab franc. Cellar tracker says this should be consumed BEFORE 2015...is it possible it's not young but past its prime?
