On the nose, mainly citrus notes (grapefruit, lemon) with a little bit of Passionfruit too. Second nose I’ve got more baked fruits (lemon pie) and white flowers. On the palate a great minerality, the wine is very flint, crispy +++ but it also has generous aromas of citrus, pineapple, passionfruit again (lemon tart and fresh aromas for the rest). Med + acidity. A dry, lean, fruity and crispy Sauvignon Blanc, well balanced New World Style.
