Dassai 45 Junmai Daiginjo Sake

This is not your normal nigori, little it color and body, amazing tropical notes!

Dassai 45. Had it after the Dassai Beyond. Still delicious but not at the same level. The Beyond is clear and translucent. The 45 has a yellow tint which I never noticed but is visible when comparing. Magnum.

I enjoy dasai here and there. It's a nihonshu you can introduce to a friends who never venture into this territory. A bit on the sweet side, but a very easy to drink sake
