Someone below said this was “white Bordeaux like”, and I think that is SPOT ON. Incredible viscosity. SauvBlanc-Semillon Blend. On the nose, lemon meringue pie with smoked Texas honey. Heavy on the mid-palate with a lingering lemon-tart, grainy/wheaty note on the finish. Very unique. Needs to be served a little warmer than cellar temp.
