Jul 2nd, 2017Crisp, refreshing, tart and citrous notes. Its notes and body remind me White Haven Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough.

Jun 6th, 2017Great aroma and flavor, both are intense but there is depth and purpose to all of the components. Very long finish, alcohol is a little biting but overall very nice

Mar 25th, 2017I loved the assertive grapefruit and Meyer lemon that hit first. There's also medium acidity to balance the fruit and chalky, steely dry minerality. Flowers and herbs sneak into the aroma. Tropical fruits develop. This was an excellent match for roasted halibut and asparagus with spaghetti simply dressed with olive oil, garlic, and cilantro.
