Love the golden, unfiltered haze from this Arneis. It's kinda crazy, sometimes I get this geologic minerality as if it were Chablis made in concrete; next sip is rich, plush notes hinting of preserved Meyer lemon, waxy & tart. I'd love to take it for a spin w Ethiopian, Moroccan, or Persian fare...
