Le Rose de Mouton Cadet 2011 Bordeaux Rose - lean, crisp, cranberry and dried strawberry, pepper and baking spices on the finish. It's been in the cellar a year, current vintage should have more spark to it. Nice enough, especially given the warmer weather approaching
