Certainly a bit of interest here, 6 year old Pinot showing plenty of youth. Interesting merky, cloudy colour. Unfined? Unfiltered? Still some tight acid and supple tannins holding together well. An effortless drinking wine. Notes of fresh strawberries, plums, sour cherries, cedar, soil, roasted meats all wrapped up in a punnet of raspberry and earthy tones. Palate is quite red fruited with semi-sour raspberry and sour cherry notes floating across the mid palate.
