A nice cab/Syrah (75/25) blend. Cedar, blueberry and brown sugar on the nose. Blue fruits and spice on the palate with a nice balance of fruit/savory. The tannins are strong so decanting is key.

We decanted for at least 30 min. Served with a surf & turf. Was compliment to meal, but could not stand alone. Not complex enough and a slight tart finish.
