50% new oak yields a deep lemon color from the oak. Buttery but nice citrus, lemon peel, butter and waxiness.
Round, elegant with crisp acidity on a medium finish. The oak spicy note continues on the finish.

Not a big fan... pretty oxidized which I am totally down for but it didn’t have the acidity to back it up so it just felt big and too much after a few sips. Was hoping for a little cleaner setup.

Somewhat awkward.....grey, beaten orchard fruit tone. Slightly on the heavier side of SA chenin but still with chenins acidity on the mid and back end. Maybe just an off btl? Stelvin. At Knghtly Sprts.
