Bright near water clear with very fine bubbles! Wasn't expecting the fizz. Big honeysuckle on the wonderfully inviting nose. Bright and juicy (medium plus+) acidity leads the light bodied palate which echoes the nose adding ripe green apple and bright honey. Finish is medium short and really shows the green apple element. Wow! This varietal Moscato Bianco has enough going on to rival some of the better Moscato d'Asti offerings. Very good balance between sweetness and acidity. The bubbles are an added treat. Drink now with spicy dishes, fresh fruit, or on its own as a refreshing quaff.
