Felt like a typical Gevrey-Chambertin. Elegant red fruit with a hint of game on the finish. Supple tannins and 15mins in the glass really brought out the flavors. Paired well with layered steamed pork and Chinese cabbage, topped with mozzarella and tomatoes.
