Strawberry, tart cherry, yogurt, lemon zest, honey on the nose. The Yquem barrel aging really comes through. Medium acidity, creamy and medium full body, lots of chalkiness and mineral notes on the palate. Really well balanced. Probably my favorite rose I’ve tasted, and certainly not stereotypical.
