100% Pinot noir. So good. Fresh but not harsh. Fruity but not sweet. Favorite rose so far. Obvious minerality. Red fruit and raspberry.

Nose is typical of SauvBlanc. Citrusy, slightly floral. This is a rose wine. Not as astringent as a SauvBlanc typically is. Great mineral character, along with the citrus. More of a tart lemon than a grapefruit's bitter twist. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Ripe, pure, clean. Acidity is nicely balanced with green apples.
