Domaine des Aubuissières Cuvée de Silex Vouvray Chenin Blanc

A bit sweet balanced with dry. Fun. Paired well with sushi.

Stone fruit, honey, yellow apple, lemon pound cake. Nice dry acidity and some minerality, but a little sweet and syrupy on the finish. Would definitely recommend it with food. I’m having Brie and Hungarian salami.

Inte den Vouvray-stil jag föredrar. Inte speciellt aromatisk. Finns vissa saltstänk. Stilen är ganska frisk med mer syra än frukt.

Delicious, good signature-style CB. Mineral and talc for days. Ripe pear and wet stone. Delightful.
