BFM (Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes)
Abbaye de Saint Bon Chien
Crisp and perfect sour: balance savory starting with tart cherries, smoothing into delicate aromatics with amarone textures in the middle and ending with raisiny palate. Cubs were not ready to uncork but this baby was a perfect antidote!

Oct 22nd, 20152012 vintage. Terrific sour. Not as good as the 2009 that I had a couple of weeks ago - these clearly improve with age - but still an awesome beer.
