Spent my day off learning about Bolivian wine. Northernmost wine region in South America, the bottom of the coffee belt. Over 6000 feet in elevation about an hour and a half northwest of Salta in Argentina. 15% Sauv Blanc, Chardonnay and PX. Acidity and florality, killer wine for spicy foods.

Dark red berries and a bit of smoke. Hint of spice. Just the right amount of earthiness for me. Love the sediment at the bottom!
