Had at Elisa Steakhouse for our 8-year anniversary. Peppery, warm, medium-dry, easy to drink. Pairs wonderfully with an expensive steak, or I could just have a glass on it's own.

A full on nose of powdered, roasted cacao. Tar, Tabac, dark berry, roasted veg. Wow. An amazing Cab Franc for the price. Good balance of oak and acidity. The cacao goes from start to finish, and then through onto the afterthought..
