Intense, clear, deep purple color with a magenta meniscus. Herbaceous, tart nose with hints tobacco and black cherry. Some tartness and tight black fruit flavors with notes of eucalyptus and rosemary. Tannic and a quick finish. 2014 not the best vintage for Mendoza, worst since 2001.
