Pretty good fino, especially for the price. Not quite as salty as I like.

An incredible value at $5 at TJ. A nose of yeasty dried figs. Dry and saline w good mid palate acidity and finishes w a round buttery finish. Melted butter all over the place. Pair w toast and anything buttery; bone marrow/ lobster would be awesome!

The bouquet is toasted nuts and yeast/bread. On the palate you get mild salinity with a nutty finish. Paired really well with Parmesan-crusted tilapia and salad with blue cheese and bacon. Cheap and cheerful.
