Tobacco and leather on the nose. Dark red fruits with a hint of earthiness on the front with a dry, more tannic finish. Actually a pretty good Garnacha for the money.

It's a hot night & im having some beautiful Sherpa & goats milk based cheeses & my reliable pal Jorge Ordonez has this promising White Viura packaged under the Borsao label (very trusty old vine Garnacha!). Wow! This wine was perfect. A little bit of barrel aging kissed with a scent of citrus but full of beautiful fruit with a perfect mellow acid backbone give this wine a structure that is far superior to its $8 price.... I don't know how long one can shelf this stuff but buy a case for summer quaffing.... A great wine! Thank you Jorge & to Leonardo Loscasio... Thanks for supporting Jorge's selections!

Needs time to breath, about 15-20 minutes. High on pepper, so prepare to match a food dish appropriately.. Not suitable alone, best paired.

Best bang for your buck. A case-purchase is the way to go with this Grenache. Well-rounded.
