Nose is spiced cherry with a secondary aroma of dried cranberry, the unsweetened version. Palate has dried cherry, ripe plum with some dry stemmy notes, all good stuff. Priced at $18, this was the last of three bottles we purchased 38 months ago. I'm very satisfied with the experience to price ratio.

Not your Abuelo's Rioja!! A Very modern rendition indeed. Sure tastes and smells like something carbonic is happening here. Lively, fresh, crushed-berry fruit - juicy and delicious. A terrific, not too serious quaff.
