Banana peel and bubble gum on the nose, pepper and sweet black fruit with a hint of acid. Very unique. From Canary Islands. Carbonic maceration.

Black raspberries and cherries, violets, white pepper, soil, clay, iron and sea salt. Like a cab franc meets ciliegiolo. Soft smooth tannins.
