A proper rosé with lovely fresh burst from the garnacha and hint of tannin and velvet dry from temperanillo. Perfect with tapas. And early evening. We drank the 2015.

Cause it's #Rosé season. Funky nose with strawberry water and wet dog like smell. Palate was dry with some mineral quality followed by underripe red berries.
