A restrained nose with green fruit (greengage?). Oily and precise. Fresh and sharp midpalate with a hint of dry melon , great acidity. A fine chalky finish.

Salty. In a good way.

Serious wax and oils. Pithy, lemon skin. White florals, lanolin, yellow stone fruits. Smells of waxy apple skins. Broad and full, long finish. Talcum coated, textured. Had with cod tacos, but pork or pulpo way to go here. Needs min 3 hour decant.
