Had a ruby red color with visible legs on the side of the glass. Smelled like cherry and dark fruits. Tasted bitter with notes of blackberry, cherry. Also had soft tannins and a vegetal note.

Three cheers for Malbec. I haven’t had a lot of wines from Argentina, and this was a pleasant surprise. Big dark fruit forward. Had some oakiness that translated as vanilla spice. More fruit forward than my onslaught of european wines, and it was overall approachable. Felt like an easy drinking red wine as I didn’t find it super complex, but I have no complaints.

This Argentinian Malbec offers noted of plum, unripe cherry, blackberry and a grassy finish.
