Nose: Pears and citrusy flavours – not too complex.. Yeast note in the background
Palate: Light and refreshing, bite in citrus flavour but in a pleasant way.. Also unripe peaches. Young style, unpretentious wine.

Smell like a dewy morning in the front yard. Chalky minerality with a creamy mid but crisp throughout. Pear skin, hay, lemon zest, slightly floral. Pg.

Really good. Such bright, fresh citrus on the nose and palate, lots of mineral and great acidity. I paired this delicious liquid with Queso Picón (a Spanish blue cheese), and it was a home run.
