🇪🇸 2013 Blend of Tempranillo, Monastrell & Garnacha grapes 🍇. Aged in oak barrels, full body and hint of sweetness. I would pair it with roasted red meat 🍖.

There's a little too much going on in this wine for my taste, not surprising given the blend. It's not bad, but I probably won't get it again. I do, however, love the 14th-century Castle of Almansa on the label. The castle was erected by Moors, and the town takes its name from the Arabic for "half way of the road". Now part Castile-La Mancha.

Blended from Tempranillo, Monastrell, and Garnacha grapes. Aged for 12 months in oak, with extra time in the cellars.

"A mature wine with rich aromas and flavours that is perfect for drinking today."

Would give to favorite Aunt that you see at Christmas. Everyone would approve. A bit tart at the end, still a smooth finish.
