Hay on the nose, taste of hay... really a lot of hay, if you have ever spent time in a corn or paddy field during harvest season, the smell of hay is the nose of this wine... amazingly authentic as if I am sitting in the farm and drinking the hay. The wine guy that served me the wine says there is a lot of almond. I am getting hints of honey and minerals.
