100% Malbec. Dark, rustic color with potent cigar and leather aromas. Lovely white spice and pleasant oak integration [3 months in barrels of 3-4 year use] 80% French/ 20% American. Great value for 100 pesos. Smooth finish, only fault is it doesn't last long.

Apr 13th, 20162nd round with this Malbec. Took it trekking and worth it's weight in gold! 10 mins after popping the cork and the spice shows it's intensity of the Altamira region. I'm convinced this is the best region to grow Malbec in the world! Pairs great with Salami from the local area as to be expected. Best $7.5 out there!!
