Kabinett Gewurztraminer

Definitely on the sweeter side. Demi sec at least for sure. Pretty much what you'd expect from Gewurtztraminer. The nose is peaches and lychee. The palate is floral and peachy. Nice acidity, with a slight prickle. Definitely a perfect pair for spicy food.
