I don't know a lot about wine but this was recommended to me by someone who clearly does. This wine went very well with filet mignon. It is a delight to the palate and has a nice combination of sweet and dry. The sweetness complimented the steak well. Overall this was a great wine for me!

Straight-forward, easy-to-drink, and paired nicely with cheese and Thai style sausage. Dark maroon color with load of black fruits, vanilla, tea leaves, and sweet-peppery spices on the nose & palate. Full-bodied, soft & decent tannins, and reasonable spicy length at the end.
