Such a favorite beer. Simply can't get enough. Floral, herbal, grippy. And it pairs beautifully with oysters. Love this beer's lightness and strength.

An underrated and overlooked brewer. Gorgeous, understated, and elegantly textured - and not bad to look at.

Oct 19th, 2013I guess first two bottles I had were "bad." Just ordered again and it's much much darker and has a heavy cinnamon/clove flavor. A number of people on staff assured this is the way it's supposed to be. Sadly I liked the "bad" bottles much much better
