Burrowing Owl is my go to for a great glass of wine. The 09 does not disappoint. 8 years old and 20 min in the air.
Spicy cherry notes on the tongue and brighter raspberry and cedar notes on the side. Long aftertaste of chocolate and hints of, leather?
Straight up I love how Burrowing Owl does this wine.
