I like Lugana but, for the second time, I crash again this one. Main characteristics are typical of Turbiana grape (exotic fruits, for example, and then minerality) and I appreciate the drop of sage I feel in it, but everything seems to be too soft, flat and close. For sure, the weak vintage 2014 doesn't help but I think it's definitely not in my top list of Lugana wines. It's decent for a thoughtless aperitif... ok... but... an Americano for me, please!
