The weirdest wine I’ve ever had in my life. Cloudy, like they pressed the grapes above the bottle and corked it. Starts very tart and piquant but ends on a phenolic smokey/mesquite note, which I assume is from the yeast. I have a love/hate relationship with this wine, I did drink half a bottle of it and am giving it a 9, so that’s something.

Smokey dirt floor and nice acidity. Always better on the second day than the first. Like better when slightly chilled.
